After the fact issues after downloading had to be dealt with through Intuit which thankfully got resolved after one phone call. Quickly, low price and nicely services. ITfactory was prompt and professional also very helpful. I would definitely purchase from them again. I still have not been able to use this product and it shuts down every time I try and enter data. Quickbooks is trying to convert users of their desktop software to their online system. As a result, the support for their desktop users is lacking. The desktop system is running slow, doesn’t get updated, and when an issue occurs that requires calling user support, their first solution is to try talking you into converting to their online system. When you decline, they take over an hour to resolve your problem. Issues have become more frequent of late and the “support” is getting worse.

No doubt, all these problems will go away if we sign on to their online system and pay their exorbitant fees. They’ll also go away when we switch to a different company that doesn’t extort their users. I have been using an older version of QuickBooks. The new version downloaded without problems and I was able to restore my company data.

I tried online QuickBooks and hated the fact that everything looked different. The new QuickBooks looks and works just like the older version with few more bells and whistles. If you hate change just like I do, this is the product for you. The user interface is simple to use and integrates well with payment processing. QuickBooks is user-friendly, which I appreciate.

It has a wonderful community, and if you need help with something, simply Google it. There is a lot of support available. I enjoy how well-organized everything is and how easily I can scan and attach documents to other accounts. Effortless to use!
